Religion is a very small part of what a person is. Something brought you together as friends outside of your religious preferences, those things that you have in common are what you should focus on.
There is no religious code that says one cannot be friends or associate with someone outside of their religion. Indeed, it is more likely you will meet someone who disagrees on your view of religion than agrees with it whole heartedly. If you try to avoid every person who doesn't agree with you 100% your life will be incredibly difficult.
Jesus didn't judge, he healed lepers and hung around with a reformed prostitute. You should take His example to heart.

Then do the sensible thing and don't spend time with them - you can justify that as a bad influence without resorting to the concept of Satan trying to tempt you.
There is no religious code (at least, in mainstream Christianity) against spending time with nonbelievers. In fact, Jesus taught that all are equal regardless of belief, and that you should not be intolerant simply because of belief differences - for example, the Good Samaritan parable, the general message of peace, etc.
People are people, and many will believe differently from you. As long as that doesn't harm you, just accept it and get on with life.
