Assuming you're at home... Dip a cotton ball in some strong perfume and hold it close to the snake's head. The scent should irritate the reptile into wanting to get away, and it should let go.
Yes, but not very much. A bee sting hurts more.
i hope your kids never get cross............. If you have a corn snake that has become cross it is if from lack of care on your part there are lots of people that are still willing to take a snake that bites and care for it properly. I would find a website or newspaper and advertise that you have a free snake that has been know to bite. NEVER KILL THE SNAKE.
the gray banded king snake or corn snake
Nope - they are completely different species !... In fact - the king snake would view the corn snake as food !
If the wound draws blood clean it and dress it (put a band aid on) if not don't worry. :) I like snakes.<3
If you returned a pet corn snake to it's natural habitat - yes - it would survive.
Not necessarily. The term chicken snake can refer to several species of snake. The corn snake is one of them.
medium corn snake:sub adult , adult corn snake:adult
One of the nicest snakes in the world is the corn snake it's always found in corn fields but even if they do bite you their bites always feel like just a pinch
In its natural environment - the three relationships a corn snake would have are :- With its food, with other native animal species, and with man !
yes a hatchling corn snake can go in a vivarium with an adult corn snake but only if the adult corn is very tame and feed well and there needs to be lots of hiding places for the hatchling corn snake to hide about 5 hides
No - they are completely separate species and would never inter-breed !
