Java does not support direct multiple Inheritance. Harder to implement, not every language support it: C++ does, Java does not.
JavaScript is one program that has been written in C to implement the Apriori algorithm. There are also several other known programs available on the Internet that implement it as well.
As there are more than one JVM implementations, there is not a single language used to implement them all. Off the top of my head, I can list JVMs that are implemented in C, C++, Java (yes, a JVM in Java), Objective C, and even one in Javascript (don't ask why).
java is simple because the developers of java omitted the difficult concepts of pointers which is used in c & c++ and another reason is that the developers wanted to implement this programming language in electronic devices, which have less memory

Java is not similar to C. Java is, however, similar to C++. Both C++ and Java are object orientated programming languages (OOPL's).
