Acid tanks are mostly lined with rubber. When the sludge is wet, it can bw removed by flushing with water. Howerver once the sludge has dried out, it solidifies and forms a thick and strong layer over the rubber lining. To remove this solid sludge, grinding (with paper grinders for rubber) is performed.
Short answer? You can't. One sulfur has found it's way into a water supply, the smell doesn't go away. There's no way to remove it.
In Texas, when we first moved into the house and thereafter, whenever we were gone for several weeks, the first water out of the faucets was awful. After awhile, the smell was gone. Try getting a water filter.
You cannot remove sulfuric acid from water. You must remove water and release the sulfuric acid as a gas. Now how to do that is a great question... I am going to try using a Schlank line with 2 traps to completely dry everything out. If anybody has any other insight it would be greatly appreciated!
When you are talking about chemicals, you don't clean them, you purify them, and even then, the purification method would depend on the type of contaminant. If I knew what you were trying to remove from sulfuric acid, I might be able to suggest a method.
Concentrated sulfuric acid is the traditional treatment. Pump all sludge and water from tank. Let it refill. Dump on acid. Not sure of amount but seem to remember about 5 gallons per 1000 cesspool. Take full precautions when adding acid. goggles, rubber gloves, long sleeves, etc. Also ALWAYS stand upwind since the fumes are toxic.
Yes, sulfuric acid is used in clothing manufacture. This acid finds use in the making of dyes for fabrics, and it is used directly to make rayon and some other synthetic materials used to weave fabric which is used to make clothing. Sulfuric acid finds its largest use in manufacturing agricultural fertilizers, but H2SO4 is produced by the tank car load on a daily basis in industrialized countries around the world. And phosphate detergents are manufactured by the ton using this industrial chemical. That means that those clothes that might not be directly touched by products from the acid during manufacture will be swimming with the products of the acid on the flip side.
You use a sediment filter before the pressure tank.
You install a sediment filter before the pressure tank.
You will probably want a plastic tank of some kind. If you have to use metal, you might be able to line it with wax or some kind of plastic liner.

The green sludge is probably algae. If the tank has an open top, the sunlight will encourage the growth of algae. If this is the case, clean the tank out and keep covered.
is a tank where the sluds from oily water seperators to be pump
Coolant is old.

A new septic tank has a good cleaning to be able to remove out and about sludge along with scum, which often don't depletion just like effluent. Learn how any septic fish tank cleaning works. TGwWasteWater provides different size of septic tank.

Sulfuric acid is a strong mineral acid with H2SO4 as its chemical formula. When it is in water, it dissociates into two hydrogen or hydronium ions (2H+) and a sulfate ion (SO4-2). It is produced in huge quantities in the chemical industry because it has so many uses.By burning (oxidizing) pure sulfur, we create sulfur dioxide and sulfur trioxide. And then by mixing sulfur dioxide with water in a contact process, we create sulfurous acid (H2SO3) and the sulfur trioxide produces sulfuric acid (H2SO4). This is also the origin of acid rain. When high-sulfur coal is burnt it produces the same gases and the same chemistry happens in the clouds. It is manufactured around the world. Whole rail tank cars can be seen filled with it, and it is transported across the country just like that. Sulfuric acid is critical in the manufacture of fertilizers and detergents.Sulfur trioxide (SO3) is a corrosive gas found in Venus' atmosphere: It is also the acid anhydride of sulfuric acid: H2O + SO3 --> H2SO4.Sulfuric acid is a highly ionized solution of a compound with the chemical formula of H2SO4.Sylfwrig Asid is a type of acid (obviously!) that can be used to make paint, cleaning products, fibr and some more things.
Someone probably put sugar in your gas tank.
the green sludge is the result of copper pipe corrosion. it's a copper oxide
The most common process is 2 steps:Run the flue gasses through a catalyst with excess oxygen to convert the SO2 to SO3.Bubble that through a tank of crushed limestone and water slurry to produce gypsum CaSO4.Another process is also 2 steps:Run the flue gasses through a catalyst with excess oxygen to convert the SO2 to SO3.Bubble that through a tank of water to produce sulfuric acid H2SO4.In either process, the gypsum or sulfuric acid can be sold.
by drain the sludge of secondary tank from time to time....and one may also maintain mlss by the addition of jaggery ...
