First you need a scanner. Do you have a scanner?
Then go to devices and printers. Find your scanner, and make sure it is connected to your computer through a USB. Make sure you have your desired news in the scanner and then press scan. Save it in "My pictures" for easy access. Go to your email, press attach, browse the pictures, it should be in your my pictures, then attach it by clicking on open. Press send. Voila!
