It sounds like it might be off the track inside the door. You'll have to take the panels off the door to access the motor and slide to verify. The motor could also be bad. Either way, you have to pull the panels off to find out. Used motors sell relatively cheap on e-bay.
I actually managed to replace the motors on both the rear doors on mine without taking the entire doors apart (removing the upper frame), but you might want to buy a Haynes manual and follow the instructions in it for yours.

Good luck!

my power windows quit working, both driver and passanger door switches dont work. i tested all fuses and they work. i think its a power window relay. please help! my windows are stuck down ;-(

Roll down the window using the switch on whatever door your are trying to synchornize, then back up and keep holding the switch up for 2 seconds. Do that for each window and they will all be auto.

Start by figuring out what the deficiency is. You could be looking at something as simple as a broken wire, or having to replace the window motor..... if you want to waste money throwing parts at it, that's your business.... otherwise, you diagnose it to narrow down the issue, then you make your repair(s) from there.

Open the window, look down, and JUMP OUT THE WINDOW!

Replace defective window regulator

The window is jamed, or your wires connecting your button to the window or busted.

if manual, window regulator. if electric, check fuses, window switch, window motor, window regulator.

Voltage is sent from battery through the up\down switch to the window roller upper moter. The motor moves the regulator up and down. The window is connected to the regulator. To check if the motor is bad try taking some jumper wires and connecting a 12 volt battry to the motor. It should go up or down. You can reverse the polarity and it will move the opposite way. It the motor moves this way then your switch is bad. Make sure you check fuses first though.

All the models that are double cab have a roll down back window.

The directions are in your manual. Roll the window down, roll the window up, release the button then hold it up for two seconds, roll the window down, release the button then hold it down for two seconds. Repeat that for each window.
