You can hold down Alt and "3" on the number pad

alt+3 Be sure to use the 3 on the number pad to the right and not the one above the "w" key or it won't work.
To make a heart on the computer using your arrow keys you must press down "Shift and Comma" and the symbol should be this: < Then just do a three and you have the heart symbol and there you go. If you meant an actual heart than i have no clue
