Just click the link to buy the software and it will remove it. Or if you have the software click remove.
Simples. *Meerkat Screech*
It shouldn't. If your anti-virus says it is a virus or a trojan it's because XTrap is coded in a way similar to a virus or a trojan.
Because a Trojan looks like something it is not, say an antivirus program. There are plenty of real antivirus programs, but let's say that this one is not. You install it, update it, and it says that you are not protected. However, in the background, it is infecting your system in any number of ways. Perhaps when you "updated" it, a virus was downloaded. You never know, but one way or another, it eventually destroys your system, and you have no idea how it could have happened. You installed it yourself without realizing it.
Try downloading an actual antivirus program instead of web scanners. As for the slowing down, all old computers do it.
Most of the time by watching Adult Movies online, chatting, or clicking on any picture that says "Slow Computer, click here for a faster antivirus". If not then you're downloading stuff you shouldn't or you have a spyware on your hands. If the case is that it says " VIRUS VIRUS VIRUS VIRUS " then you have nothing more than a spyware making your life miserable. I know how to remove it but it's just too complicated to explain.
No. Sometime in 2010, all the antivirus programs started to say it was a virus. It is a hacking program, when it comes down to it. It sounds like the antivirus is the problem, not the download.
No. Its a virus. Do not buy it. It ruins your computer and makes you think you have a virus by HiJacking your browser and using popups. You do not have the viruses it says you have.
It could mean that it created a copy of the virus on your computer. Otherwise, it could mean that the virus is copying itself. By the way, what antivirus do you use? My email is CSOTNTRIBBLES@gmail.com. Message me the name of your antivirus program.
i think it is save i don't think warrock will put virus in there patches it is just a part of a code that will be to in the Artemis virus
If the name of that antivirus is "Antivirus 2009" or similar names and it says your computer infected by virus after virus scanning automatically ; this is not an antivirus. This is a malware (trojan virus). So be careful. Do not click on any of the links inside that window. The first thing you have to try is 'System restore'. Restore your system back to a week ago of the day you noticed the infection. If this didn't work, you may have to do a System recovery process using the Windows CD. Note: if your are familiar with computer, download Hijackthis from http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/tools/security_tools/hijackthis/download and kill the unwanted process. If you are not familiar to use this, please do not mess up your computer.
Try doing a factory restore on your computer to reset it back to it's original factory settings. You will loose everything, but it will get rid of the virus.
Are you sure that's an Anti-Virus? It could be a fake alert, did you ''download'' this ''Anti-Virus?
Maybe it's because your Mc Afee Anti-Virus Software is expired. If it is buy a latest version instead of installing it.
