Anyone in 4-5th grade is too young to kiss. The age of consent is 16 in most states and in 4th and 5th grade you are 10-12 years old. Too young to be thinking about this sort of thing. Go play Baseball.
This first answer is not true. There is no actual age. You can kiss in the 4th grade and there is nothing wrong with it. It's pretty admirable actually.
