coco butter.
i know it causes pimples on the face but i have never heard of a rash on your thigh unless you need to be checked for an allergy.
A heat rash?
I don't know if Topamax is the cause yet--but I developed a mysterious rash on my inner thigh after beginning to take Topamax. I have switched laundry detergent, body wash, have not started eating anything new lately, so can't figure out any other possible cause. Rash is listed on the literature as a "rare" side effect of Topamax. I take 200mg per day.
I think you should make a appointment with a doctor immediatly.
There are several conditions that could cause a rash on the back of the thigh. It could be eczema, folliculitis, psoriasis, measles, chicken pox, fungal infection, allergies, medication reaction, scabies, insect bite, or another cause. It is best to have it checked out by a physician to find the exact cause.
you are a fu©k tard
There are many different possible causes of rashes, but particularly when they are on the thigh they are usually related to dampness (and in babies are known as diaper rash). Try to keep your thigh as dry as possible (most of the time; you can still wash!). That will probably help. If it doesn't, you may have some other problem and should see a doctor.

Probably jock itch. This is easily treated and cured with over-the-counter cream available at any pharmacy.
