If he wants to start again maybe you should too. What age are you? Do you need him? How do you really feel? Maybe you'd be happier. No answer is going to be good for you right now. It's something you have to decide for yourself. Make sure to talk every aspect of it out with him before you make a decision.

Even though I was going for the divorce myself, I could have tied my ex up in court for as long as 3 years. I was smart enough to realize he had a mistress on the side putting the heat on him, so I went for "contesting" and won.
