I'm a boy 17 years old 1m69 not sportive and has stopped grow spurt at the age of 12 and usually stay up late. is there anything i can do to get taller?

You keep growing until around 20-years-old so you still have time to go yet. Puberty starts and ends at different times for everyone so it's possible to have more growth in height.
Don't stay up late playing computer games, get your rest which is important at the right time. Eat healthily and get some exercise daily.
