I'm having twitches in your arms legs and sometimes shoulder also your right hand seems to be bigger than your left hand and it has a weird feeling is this serious or something normal i am 13?

Well it COuld be a Number of things From Extra Energy to Growing Or it is the Mind if you Have done somthing Bad and Didn't tell anybody but i wouldn't worry about unless other things Arise then see a Doctor

No because at the end of Twitches 2 they defeated the Darkness and get their dad back Answer Although it has been stated in the past that there would be a Twitches 3 in 2009, the Disney channel hasn't advertised it. It might just be a rumor, but I have a feeling that this one isn't a rumor because it has been a while since Twitches 2 came out and they should be about done by now. It is October too, when they usually come out. I personally hope that it does come out soon because I found it a very good movie that they should and hopefully will continue. But if you watched the deleted scene on The DVD of Twitches Too, they see Miranda's evil sister. so they're bound to have a third twitches movie.
