it depends on your body type, i am 5 foot 7 and 182 pounds but am incredibly muscular, if i didnt work out at all id proably still have some muscle structure though and would weigh around 140 or more. but if your just chubby and are supposed to be skinny and you weigh 166 then your clearly over weight.
No, you're not. Don't worry about your weight so much. If you can be happy about the ammount of exersize you get that is enough. In years to come things like that will be unimportant. Be happy, get out and about and life will be fine.
