I've recently bought 1992 Toyota Camry XLE I'm confused about overdrive while normal driving do I need to keep Overdrive push button UP or down If I keep it UP it gives Overdrive off light?

Forget the light. Listen to the motor and/or look at the tachometer. When the overdrive is engaged, the motor will run slower at the same speed. The slower the motor runs at any speed, the better gas milage you get.
