What should be the problem if i can't open any programs of my computer?

Although more information is needed, down here are the possible causes -Lack of administrative preferenecs. Since you are logged in as a "Guest", you may not have clearance to access certain programs -Virus. Using a virus search program to get rid of the virus (or even reinstall the computer in severe cases) -Critical windows error. This is due to one or more files missing from the system32 folder. Reinstalling windows would be advisable. -Lack of compling program. Since many of the programs are written under Basic or C language, you may lack the programs to "translate" these programming languages into forms hat computers can understand. You can go to Microsoft's website to download and install these "translation" programs.

What is a microcode?

what is proceessor Processor is hardware. Micro code is a mini-program for each machine language code. Microcode is a series of 1's and 0's that control hardware, on a computer. on most computer systems we have an address bus, data bus, and lines like chip select, R/W, and registers. etc. Typically we write a computer program is a higher language: 'C', BASIC, JAVA. We run this code thru a compiler. Which translates this into both machine code and assembly language. We can tell the computer to run the machine code, and processor translates this into microcode. Most processors will have instructions(machine code/assembly language) and assigned codes: ADD=01, STORE value=02, GET value=25, NOP, etc. when the computer/processor is running and reads one of these codes, it launches the the microcode for the current instruction. Each of these instructions could be 1-8 steps. And each microcode instruction might be up to 100+ bits long. 'C' language total = numberx + numbery; compling this yields: machine code assembly language 251002 GET 2 // get data from memory location 2 251005 GET 5 0110021005 ADD 2,5 // add memory location 2 & 5 021006 STO 7 // note addresses are now in binary. so 5=0101 microcode example: c/s R address1 address2 1 0 0010 0000 1 0 0101 0000 0 0 0010 0101 1 1 0111 0000 Caveats: most processors have internal registers, for simplicity I left this out.

Are handgun silencers illegal in Arizona?

No , but you do have to get you local top law enforcement official to sign off that you are allowed to possess one . That has been a problem in some counties when that official does not trust his constiuency , is a liberal , and closed-minded . Who ever heard of an individual with prior criminal intent compling with the law, registering a weapon , sound suppressor , etc. with local law officials , and then going out on a crime spree ?Silencers can only be obtained with an ATF class III license, your local dealer should have the papers for this and there is a $200 fee to apply. Some corrections. . .They are legal as long as they are registered with the BATFE. You can buy one that's already registered from a class 3 dealer or individual by transferring it through a class 3 dealer on a BATFE Form 4. The registration costs $200 plus whatever the dealer charges, usually $50-$75. If buying from an out-of-state dealer or individual, it must first transfer to a dealer in that state, then to a dealer in Texas. Both dealers may charge a fee but the registration is still $200. Or, you can build one yourself, after registering it, on a BATFE Form 1. It still costs $200 but it doesn't have to be transfered through a dealer. You can download these forms online at the BATFE website. If you are registering as an indivdual you must have the "chief law enforcement officer" for your jurisdiction sign the form. This is usually the sheriff or chief of police but other officials can suffice; check with the BATFE. Getting a qualified signor is often the hardest part of the process. It just depends on your county. However, if registering as a corporation, you don't have to have anyone sign for it. You can form a corporation just for this purpose. This has another advantage as any officer of the corporation can legally possess it. The registration process normally takes three to four months. Anyone who can legally buy guns can register a silencer, machine gun, etc.
