Kikkoman plain Soy Sauce is not - but they have brought out a specifically labelled "Gluten Free" Soy Sauce that is.

Soy itself is wheat free, but soy sauce (used in most Oriental/Asian dishes) usually contains wheat, unless in the form of tamari. Tamari is a fermented sauce made from soy that is gluten and wheat free.
Are beans gluten free?
All beans are gluten free when they are minimally processed (e.g when you buy them dried, or tinned in water). However "baked beans" are not necessarily gluten free.
Is general tso's sauce gluten free?
Not usually. Almost always made with soy sauce, and unless you have verified that the soy sauce is gluten free it is not a safe food. Also beware that whenn you order general tso's in a restaurant, the chicken is usually breaded and fried, making it unsafe anyway. Best bet is to make your own at home.

It has to be labeled as kosher for Passover with reliable supervision. If it has such a labeling, it may be used only by non-Ashkenazim (Sephardim, Mizrahi). It does contain soy, but has no gluten.
Does soy sauce have gluten?
Obvisously you are allergic to gluten/wheat or have coeliac disease. I have coeliac disease and have found that it depends what soy sauce it is. At restraunts/take away joint of course you have to ask but my faviorite type is fountain and can be found in coles.
Where can you buy gluten free soy sauce?
Most groceries stores now have at least a small gluten free section with it available. Albertsons, Safeway and Fred Meyer carry it along with local health food stores.
Does sesame chicken have wheat in it?
Ask the chef if the sesame sauce contains any soy sauce - if so, then YES, it does have gluten. Most soy sauces readily available on the market contain wheat - which has gluten. However, an authentic soy sauce, like Tamari brand, contains only soy beans. Read the labels, ask the chef & be safe!
Is ramen noodles gluten free?
Anything that says wheat , and most soy sauce even has gluten. Sai fun or glass noodles are usually rice flour, but please ALWAYS read labels.
