Check in the recycle bin. You can restore it if it is there, along with its files. If not, you can recreate it where it was, although none of the files that might have been it will be there.
Check the Recycle Bin they go there first before they are deleted permanently. If it is there then you can restore it.
Should be in the "my games" folder in the Documents folder - Start - My Documents. (or Documents for vista)

Go with Vista Business. It has shadow copies, which can recover older copies of documents that you accidentally wrote over.
There should be a folder called 'Public' under your 'Start' - 'Documents' folders.

Look in the Windows folder, it is in there.
If in Windows XP, your iTunes Library was in your My Music folder (C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\My Documents\My Music\iTunes), in Windows Vista, it should be located here: C:\Users\[username]\music\iTunes
Place all files in the Shared Documents folder that you would like other user accounts to access.

There is no applications folder in Vista. However, you can find a folder called 'program files' in your windows partition. In program files, you can find your applications.
