I added a new sata hard drive for xtra storage and after a month my PC wouldn't find either drive i took out and c and replaced with the seagate and PC would not find it. Must be the seagate.right?

Its impossible to be sure exactly whats going on without looking at the actual hardware, but heres some things to think about.
Power supply. If you are running multiple hard disks, anything 300W or lower will be too small, i recommend at least a 400W power supply. It could be that the new hard disk was taxing the power supply to its very limit, overtaxed something in there & now the power supply doesnt quite have enough power to initialize all your hardware.
Heat. Many of these new high-speed high-capacity hard disks generate a LOT of heat. If you had the drive situated in there such that it had very little air-flow, its possible that the drive overheated & failed. Ive lost a couple drives like this over the years & nowadays i always make sure there's a fan blowing on my drives.
Some things to try....
Try a different sata cable
Try the system with only the new drive, sure you cant boot from it, but does BIOS detect it?
Try the drive on a separate channel... is your optical drive sata too? unplug it & use that wire for the new hd & see what happens.
Providing you have one, put the drive into an external enclosure & see if you can get anything out of it that way.

because they wouldnt last as long an would probably break easily. Where would you put the axle? There would be less contact with the ground, thus less grip and control.
