I am 11 weeks pregnant and the doctor said she cant hear the baby heart beat and ask me to come after 2 weeks. Is anything wrong?

Not necessarily. Your doctor may not have the equipment that normally can detect the heartbeat in the early weeks. Also, some babies are actually younger than dates suggest , which can make the beat difficult to pick up. If you are very worried, you could request further tests such as measuring your hCG on two occasions or visit another doctor to see if they can detect it.
