well if you do lots of sport your likes a not tall kid like 156cm tall then yes it is possible see i'm 13 and i'm 160cm tall and my penis is 11cm but the normal size would be about 9 to 10 cm but if any body is 13 years old and has a 7 cm penis don't worry it will grow. i just turned 13 like a month ago right. about at the start of the year till now its grown 4 cm so last year mine was 7 witch is normal see iv'e hit puberty i hit it at the start of the year so if your penis is 7cm long don't worry because it will grow big when you hit puberty
