Getting a six pack require two things: # strong/big belly muscles # very little subcutaneous(under the skin) fat What you're doing should see to the muscle bit, but if you have too much subcutaneous fat between your skin and your muscles you'll never get a six pack no matter what. But before you get troubled by that you need to know that your body (particularly while you're growing)need a certain amount of subcutaneous fat to remain healthy. It's your spare energy, your insulation and your padding. Being skinny enough to have a six pack will basically mean that you're running on empty. It can mess with you immune system and make you more prone to getting sick, you'll get cold easier and more likely to grow tired when you're doing things. Waist lines shouldn't be floppy, but in terms of health aiming for a six pack is overshooting the target.

Well I would take out the squats because squats are not good for fat thighs. Doing crunches and sit ups will loose weight a lot faster. When you will do crunches you will notice the difference daily. and crunches is not more of losing weight but tightening, which may be perhaps what you actually need sometimes when you tighten/flatten the stomach you will come to realize that's all you actually needed.
