i don't think you will lose much cause you are slowing your digestive system down, just eat very little food, healthy food, it actually helps to eat 5 tiny meals a day

That would have to be a fad diet. No legitimate diet will result in a weight loss that great while still eating "favorite foods". Two of my favorites are chocolate and pizza. Not really noted for weight loss.
