since you have quit, your lungs usually take about 10 years to turn back to normal. by the time you are 28 you should be perfectly healthy! Oh!Chill!don't worry about that!Since you notice that smoking is bad and you quit, everything will be fine.Remember,don't smoke, it is extremely bad for your health.
