Why, thank you! :)
Some things are not welcome on WikiAnswers. This includes cyber bullying, vandalism and inappropriate questions comments and answers. Anything that includes swearing and things of inappropriate subject matter is not welcome on WikiAnswers.
WikiAnswers answers hundreds and hundreds of questions each day. Many of the questions that are asked are poorly worded and impossibly vague. The others are answered by volunteers as and when they have time. There are other websites where you can pay people to answer questions, and if WikiAnswers does not meet your needs then you are welcome to seek elsewhere.
(There should be a "welcome page" so that new users know what they can or cannot do. Some questions are okay for opinions or overwriting, many are not.)
All but the simplest math questions are welcome and may be answered on WikiAnswers. (Simple calculation questions will be removed, eg. "what is 2+2".) Yes, wiki answers will help you to solve your math problems. Simple problems are solved directly, but for complex problems they will suggest related sites where you can get math questions with solutions.
Welcome aboard-it's unlimited, but they must be real & not merely questions to spam the site or anything.:)
WikiAnswers has a strict format that aims to keep answers concise and to the point. Excessive punctuation can make answers harder to read and may not be necessary for effectively conveying information.
The ages vary. People of all ages are welcome in the WikiAnswers community.
This question is asking for instructions on how to do something which is illegal. No information about that kind of activity is welcome here on WikiAnswers. This is the only answer to such questions that will be given.
"Welcome to our church! We are delighted to have you join us for our service. Please let us know if you have any questions or if there is anything we can do to make your visit more comfortable."
You are welcome to ask - and answer! - as many questions as you would like! We have a few suggestions for your questions and answers: * WikiAnswers is not a chat room; questions that are designed for chatting and socialization will be removed * WikiAnswers is not a search engine; if you need quick facts, you should probably try a search engine like www.google.com or www.dogpile.com * WikiAnswers does not provide information about how to break the law * WikiAnswers does not provide information about how to find pornography * WikiAnswers does not provide photos, pictures, or diagrams - try those search engines for that * Remember that is is always a bad idea to put your personal information onto a non-secure website on the internet * Remember that everyone who asks and answers questions on the Wiki-verse is a person; it is not polite to call names, insult them, or make fun of their attempts * WikiAnswers is a family site; inappropriate content will be removed
No. Ordinary people are answering these questions. We are not infallible but we do our best. If you know the answers to some questions that you see on WikiAnswers, you are welcome to register and tell us what you know. Answer There are times when the answerer may be prompted to give such an answer as prompted by the Holy Spirit for a reason known only to the asker.
Who WikiAnswers Is ForWikiAnswers was not founded with that in mind, but everyone is welcome to ask their questions on WikiAnswers as long as they abide by the "rules" and aren't spammers or vandals. It's not a case of being lazy, it's a case of making a personal choice!
