I am a 12 years old very skinny boy and I am shy about being shirtless in front of girls Is there any situation that I will have to be shirtless in front off them apart from a beach or swimming?

There arent many situations that you would expect to be shirtless in front of girls. The only one I can think of that is likely is if your class has to do a swimming excursion? Even then you can still wear a t-shirt, many of the guys in my class do.
You are most probably just shy. The girls, and the majority of other guys, will be shy too about getting changed. You'll grow into your body soon and will probably fill out a bit.
