What do you see when you look i the mirror? If there's flabs hanging off you everywhere then yes you're probably fat. 120kg is a lot to weigh at 15 if you are only 5'5...
Do some exercise, eat well... there are loads of good resources on the net to improve your dietary knowledge, a quick Google search should do the trick. And join a gym, go swimming, running, take up a sport, there's loads of fun ways to get fit.

aYou shouldn't be concerned about your weight! I'm 5'4" and 120ibs too! I have a HUGE butt and I'm sort of an hourglass shape, I believe just because you don't look like a twig doesn't mean your not good looking. For example I don't have a perfectly "flat" stomach, its not like fat, but its not perfect. I used to let that get me down but now i realized that guys aren't always just looking to see if you have a little tummy! they look at your best feature, and a lot of times they don't even notice your flaws. CONFIDENCE IS KEY! look at your self in the mirror everyday and tell yourself that your HOT. If you seriously believe it other people will to, trust me on this one.
