You cannot live with your husband abroad and apply for citizenship.Your husband should sponsor you so that you can immigrate to the US and get your green card (usually takes two years from the date you settle in the US). After that, you should live for three years in the US to be able to apply for US citizenship.
Also, just in case you are concerned, these three countries allow multiple citizenship.

You need to get married to a Canadian citizen or apply for a Canadian Visa to get the citizenship of Canada.
