I am a scared teenage girl who is being haunted by a ghost - who can I go to for help?

A lot of people are haunted by ghosts now a days. Some can be good or bad. If you believe in a particular religion go to the person who's like the bishop or priest or some one who's like that in your religion. If your not religious you can always tell the ghost in a firm voice to go away and leave you alone an that they have no right to harm or touch you in any way or form. Sometimes a ghost wants your help. but you should never make contact with it if you uncomfortable, or if it just doesn't feel right. Never use a weegi bored to contact them, they are bad luck and can bring you nothing bad spirits and a lot of fear. Whenever you deal with a ghost always stand you ground and don't let it scare you cause it will feed off you fears. If you dealing with a demon the same thing should be applied, but usually the best way to get rid of one is to get a religions help, they can usually get rid of one.

The above advice is very sound. Most importantly, perhaps, is to confide in someone you trust. That someone may be a parent, sibling, best friend, teacher, priest, rabbi or counselor. Don't deal with this alone. May God bless you.
