You'd really have to consider more than just your weight. For example, if you're just someone who works out and has a lot of muscle, 122 isn't overweight in the least. However, if you're someone with a smaller body, and you've noticed a bit "extra"... then I, personally, would say that it might do you well to lose 10 pounds or so... but in conclusion, I don't think you're TOTALLY overweight... depending.
