I am getting lower back and upper back pain My uric acid is 8.1 Is that the reason I am getting a pain?

Perhaps. Usually, uric acid crystal affects the joints of the hand and foot. It may be a "pinched" nerve. There are drugs that will lower uric acid levels. Your doctor should be able to give advice.
