Get a heavy mall (Sledge Hammer with a long handle) and hit the rubber part of the tire with considerable force. The vibration should loosen the wheel off the drum. Be careful swinging the mall If you are trying to remove the wheel bearing/hub assembly, you have to loosen the three bolts from the back of the knuckle and hammer on them to loosen the hub assmebly.

bad wheeling bearing
It will most likely be the wheel bearing
The Grinding noise in the passenger rear of a 2002 Explorer is most likely either a bad wheel bearing, or a brake problem. Check the brakes then the bearing to find the cause.
We lost the rear passenger side hub bearing at 90,000 miles on our 2001 Sonata. The replacement bearing ( O'Reilly's ) lasted 10,000 miles. I do not know if I damaged it during installation or if it was defective. The current bearing has gone 8,000 miles.
Wheel bearing maybe?
Rust is merely the oxidized byproduct of iron and can be removed with an acid. The best way is to soak the ball bearing in a solution of salt and vinegar.
yes you can replace the bearing...but by the time you drop the transmission to get to the bearing, you are better off replacing the clutch, pressure plate and throw out bearing!! so you can avoid taking everything else out later.......because if the bearing is going bad then the clutch and pressure plate probably not far behind!!
Worn tire? Tire and/or wheel out of balance? Bad wheel bearing? Bent axle?
It could be the passenger side hub/bearing assembly is bad. I wouldn't drive it any further than the closest garage for repair.
Might be that the nut holding the wheel bearing needs tightening or that the wheel bearing needs replacing. Going to have to take it apart to get to the bottom of this one.
It could be your wheel bearing or your CV joint.
