I am numb on my left side of my body. It starts around the lower part of my mouth and it goes all the way down to my foot. I also walk with a limp on the left side and I get migraines.?

Migraines can cause the symptoms you are describing, but the numbness would not be constant. It would generally start right before or at the beginning of the migraine pain.
If you are experiencing numbness and you never have before, you need to seek emergency care to rule out a stroke.
