There is no reason to be afraid! Literally every woman in the world has it, will get it, or has had their period at some point in their life. If you know what it is specifically that has you worried, try talking to someone about it. Maybe your mom, or a cousin, or the doctor. Even a friend who has already had their period can help you maybe feel less nervous about it. There really isn't anything bad to worry about!
If you have a good relationship with your mother, you should talk to her about it. If not, just bear in mind that you can easily get tampons which work quite well, and that women all over the world have periods and suffer no ill effects.

if you are talking about getting your period whilst on stage i dont think you can really do anything, but if you get it beofre just use a tampon.
It's scary, but it really depends on where you go. If you like getting scared, you should go to Worlds of Fun in Kansas City, Missouri. If you kind of like getting scared, go to Cedar Point in Sandusky, Ohio. If you don't like getting scared, don't pay the money and just stay home.
