I am trying to find out what brand of air rifle i have It has made in ussr on the side and IZ-38 at the butt end of gun Ihave had this gun for approx 28 yearsDoe's anyone know what brand or model.?

Yes you have a IZh-38 made by Baikal of Russia. they make extremely fine air rifles and air guns.. At the present there is no current value that has been determined but I can assure you it has value depending on the condition. IZh is currently imported by Pyramyd airgun on the web (see link below)
