She could really have something going on. The only way to really know, if it is getting to you, is to ask her honestly is there ever going to be a time when she is available. Becareful of your reaction to this answer though. Act cool and say that its no problem if she rejects you. And don't just ask her, there are loads of people who aren't busy! So it's like this?: (Ex.)
Jan 13 - Boy: Hey do you want to see a movie Friday night? Girl: Oh well I was actually going with another friend.
Jan 19 - Boy: So are you free this weekend? Maybe we could hang out? Girl: Oh I have this family thing, sorry.

So I think this girl you like might actually have stuff going on in her life. I know that my examples might be way off (sorry about that) but she seems like she is nice enough to just say no, but she will let you know easily. Ask her when she is free next time you see her. If she says she is really busy, don't worry about it, there's other girls. But if she says that she might be free tomorrow or next Friday/weekend,etc. ask if she WANTS to hang out with you. If she says yes and you go alone, take the next step. If she wants to bring others, she just wants to be friends. Hope I helped :)

I think she is a ghost or something. When i was on there she started hitting on me, then told me she was mind reader. I tested her and she got every single thing i asked her right. It really freaked me out, but then she just dissapeared.

if you hit something.. it really depends how you drive, some vehicles dont need to be touched, ever. I only align my truck when I get new tires, about every 60K miles, and even still, it doesnt really need it... but we have had several cars that need it more often than that. every 6 months, or so.. you can tell by the wear on the tires.
