I bought a cable box online. It's not a premium channel descrambler just a regular SA 8600. My reception is bad. How do I fix this?

Cable signals are `offset' be a hundred kiloherts, either plus or minus that of the actual channel signal. Sounds like your cable box is of the opposite offset.
