By land or sea, the Citizenship card will be fine. By air, you will need a valid passport, but if you hold Dual Citizenship (one of which is Canadian), you can use the other country's passport to fly BUT you will need to present your Canadian citizenship card at the check-in counter AND at Canadian Immigration to demonstrate you don't need a Canadian visa for entry. Yes, but not forever. You have to apply for citizenship, and you'll have to come back to Canada to go to the US embassy for the actual immigration procedure.
Common questions include:What's your citizenship? What's the purpose of your trip?Where are you coming from and where are you going? How long do you intend to be in Canada?Do you have any items or substances to declare?
the green card has nothing to do with the Canadian/French visit. What matters is where is your citizenship based from? as a French citizen or Canadian citizen then you'll have no issues traveling back and forth from Canada to France. The green card is used for American relations only.
If you get your American citizenship revoked, A.K.A expatriated, it is impossible to get it back.

A Canadian pin or flag, of course! Another souvenir you could get perhaps is something with one of the Canadian symbols on it, like the beaver, the maple leaf or the Canadian goose or something. Enjoy Canada!!
. Once citizens immigrate to another country, they are usually not allowed to come back.
