You should spawn, if you cant, you are ether doing it wrong or your game has a huge bug. For the reset of settings, this should not happen. However, change your brightness settings, save it, turn your Xbox off and restart xbox and the game. See if it saves, if so, you are fine.

its probably because you put your self as an under 18 year old on the settings when you first made an on line account you cant change unless you make another account.
