Double check the lug nuts and all of the components.
If they are hydraulic they need to be pumped in oil first.
you may have disturbed the coolant level sensor while changing oil, and the knocking could be an impropper filter application or maybe the oil pump pick up is stopped up in the oil pan.
Sounds like your lifters are bad and might need ajusted or changed, it could be your cam not looping.
Yes it does.I've had it for a year and a half and get it changed once a month. I hurt everytime i get it changed. But the pain only last a min or two.
Look at their website for their concert information. Since everytime there is a new concert of Skillet, this answer would be changed.

The oil should be pumped into the oil journals in a second or two. If you still have rod knocking, you still have problems. It could be piston slap or any of a number of problems, but rod knocking is most common. Have you checked your oil pressure? If oil pressure is up when the engine is running and the knocking continues, it's not a crankshaft problem.
I have the same problem please if you found a solution reply! :(
The knocking sound that the sensor is designed to detect is caused by uneven combustion of a lower octane gasoline than the engine is able to burn efficiently. The knock sensor signals the Electronic Control Unit and ignition timing and other engine parameters are changed to eliminate the knocking. Knocking, if allowed to continue over a long time can seriously damage the engine. --Ken
