Depends. Me, I feel quite content on a 500 cal breakfast of cereal and yoghurt. OTOH if I have a 500 cal fried breakfast, bacon, eggs etc, I usually still feel a bit hungry.
You may feel hungry after you eat because you didn't eat enough protein. Protein will make you feel full quicker.

Another answer is just eat something small. ----- however, I dont get hungry enough to eat a peanut after hours of say eating cereal in the morning, let alone waiting a few minutes for anything bigger =/
you have left it too long to eat so go eat but take it slow and dont gobble or you will get sick!!!
because we have used all the energy in doing exercise so to regain energy we feel hungry and as you know that food we eat is breakdown into energy by the cells .
