No. The frog will foul the fish tank and frogs do not usually live in water. Most frogs like to be in moist places and will eventually die (drown) if kept permanently in water. My advice is to return the frog to where you found it. That is where it chose to be so put it back and leave it alone if it is no immediate obvious danger.
