If you have a girls number...it really depends on the kind of girl...if she shy and quiet...start out talking small. Compliment her work or her apperence. If shes outgoing and talkitive...talk about her then slowly mix it to you talk about you...if your too afraid to call her...maybe you shouldn't call her at all...if somethings holding you back...is that a sign? OR ARE YOU BEING A BABY??? (jkjk) I do that alot...hehe. Anyway...if you really want to call her...that means you should! But if your getting desprate and trying to convince yourself...don't even bother.

Couple of options here.He thinks you talk/call too much, and wants to have some degree of control over when you have access to him by phone.He's got a limited number of minutes and is afraid you'll use them all up (this is also partly 1).He's got another girlfriend and doesn't want you to call him when he's with her.
