I got a jvc camcorder i ran it in my computer the video avi i can't edit the video some one help?

You need to convert the JVC video to avi format. Free video converters are available online. Download and install one. (Google: free video converters).
Once you have a video converter installed, add the JVC video to the conversion program. Set the Output Source format to .avi and click Convert.
If the conversion is successful you will be able to edit the video in Windows Movie Maker and view it on Windows Media Player.
