I got a little bit of grease on a clutch belt on my lawn tractor I cleaned it off as best i could but now the clutch won't fully disengage will belt dressing help that?

Save yourself some time and money, buy a new belt and degrease your pulleys. Buying belt dressing will cost almost as much as a new belt.

It could possibly be your clutch pedal height. I had to fix the problem in my car, had the same thing happening. Go to your local shop or look up on the interweb and find out how to adjust the clutch pedal height.
