I got punched in the stomach a lot now I can't feel my abs tense up did I kill my abdominal muscles?

If you can still move, you're fine. They're probably just swollen. Edit: so all I have to do is ice it cause my definition went down a lot too and I have trouble getting up cause it feels like there's something stopping my stomach from moving
