I had really bad cramps and back pain and lots of bleeding i was thinkin i was preg before that bcuz my period was 18days late and becuz ive been trying to get preg wat do you think is going on?

If you thought you might be pregnant and now you are having the symptoms you describe, you should go to the hospital. If you are pregnant, you could possibly be having a miscarriage. You need to go to the hospital!
