I would need to know more about you to answer this how old are you have you seen a doctor or nursre, were your periods normal up until now.
(replying to answer) I went ahead and had a blood test done but have not heard anything. I have been bloated for a week and a half or so. Still having nausea fatigue also have noticed a change in appetite. I find myself being hungry more often. My belly is slightly hard. I have also had some light cramping. Thanks for any info and thanks for responding to my question.

You could be pregnant. I had brown spotting 10 days before my period was suppose to start. 5 days later I took a First Response (5 days before your missed period) and it came back positive. If you have a negative pregnancy test, you are probably not pregnant. What makes you think it's not your period? (ie. did you have a pos pregnancy test earlier?)
