I have 7 people in my family 2 of them are under 8 years old My niebors don't want are dog to be over at their house at all I dont want it to shed I want it to be small What dog breed should i get?

I suggest getting a poodle, and if you want a small dog, then maybe a toy poodle. Poodles, against most generalizations, are smart, playful, and protective of their owners. They also do not shed. Another breed I suggest getting is maybe a Maltese or a Shih Tzu.
