I have C200 1997 Mercedes the wiper come on by itself can anyone suggest what the problem is?

Firstly remove the wiper stalk and clean it. If this doesn't work, next to the fuse box, there's a relay that controls the electric like wiper,hazard,signal,etc, just unplugged it and send it for testing or just replace it.
